  • craniocervical dystonia
  • progression of dystonia to involve other body regions, most commonly the face, but also the tongue, larynx, jaw, and trunk with abnormal speech.
  • also mild limb involvement, resulting in abnormal writing
  • treatment with levodopa was not beneficial
  • Genetic determination autosomal dominant
